Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
If your request for a return is approved, the refund will be granted and credited back to the account it was originally charged to no later than 7 business days after the product has been received by MyVitaEssence. It may take up to 3-5 working days for the bank to recognize the credit on your end and for your account to reflect the credit.
We do ask that you cover the return shipping costs and items must be returned (ship date) within 30 days of the original purchase in order to receive the full refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at MyVitaEssence@gmail.com.
MyVitaEssence reserves the right to decline returns at our discretion. Any attempt to abuse or misuse the return policy will result in a declined return and a refund will not be issued.
